HOUSTON – Thursday will be warm and wet as scattered showers move through parts of town west and southwest of Houston, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
There’s a 40-percent chance for rain today with a forecast high of 80 degrees.
“Our best chance for rain today will be west of I-45 and southwest of town,” said Johnson. “Colder air will move in tomorrow with a 60-percent chance for rain.”
Friday will be a little cooler, but we won’t feel the chilly temperatures until Saturday when the clouds start to clear out.
Saturday’s temperatures will only reach the 40s and 50s, and Sunday morning some parts of town will be in the upper-30s.
Daytime temperatures stay in the 50s for most of next week, which means it may actually feel like fall on Thanksgiving Day.
