HOUSTON -– Monday kicks off another workweek of warm and muggy temperatures with scattered showers, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“We started off dry this morning, but that will likely change this afternoon,” said Johnson. “There will be some isolated showers, maybe some thunderstorms, but the accumulation will be very light.”
There’s a 30-percent chance for rain Monday with a forecast high of 92 degrees.
Tuesday the rain chance drops to 20 percent with temperatures in the low-90s.
By Wednesday the rain chance goes away, leaving us with mostly clear skies through the weekend.
Temperatures rise later this week with forecast highs in the mid- to upper-90s.
