HOUSTON -- Friday brings pleasant changes to the Houston area through the weekend.
"After all the rainfall we saw yesterday, we are only looking at some patchy fog early this morning," said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson. "Other than that we are nice and clear."
Friday morning's temps were in the upper-50s across much of the area. This afternoon we'll top out in the mid-70s under mostly sunny skies.
Cool overnight temps in the upper-40s and low-50s will continue for the next several days.
The humidity and the daytime heat return early next week with a chance for rain starting Monday. Temps next week will be in the upper-70s and low-80s.
