HOUSTON -– We’ll be back in the mid-90s Tuesday afternoon as scattered showers continue to move in off the Gulf.
“Don’t be surprised if you see a few sprinkles out the door this morning, but I’m expecting our better chance for rain will be around our lunchtime hour,” said Johnson. “I’m not expecting much accumulation.”
The greatest chance for rain and storms will be this afternoon.
There’s a 20-percent chance for rain today and a 30-percent chance on Wednesday.
Thursday the rain chance drops to 20-percent.
Heading into this weekend it will remain hot and muggy under a mix of sun and clouds.
