HOUSTON -- Most of the heavy rain moved out of Houston overnight into Monday morning, but there's still a chance for scattered showers for your drive home, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
"We'll see temperatures in the low-60s this afternoon," said Garner. "We had a few sprinkles late in the morning with another chance for scattered rain this afternoon."
There's about a 30-percent chance for rain today -- mainly around 5 p.m.
Winds will be around 15 mph today.
The sunshine returns on Tuesday with early-morning temps in the upper-40s and afternoon highs in the upper-60s.
Wednesday a big chance for rain moves back in along with a slight drop in the daytime temps. The rain carries over into Thursday, too.
The sun returns again Friday with temps around 80 degrees in the afternoon. There will only be a few clouds in the sky Saturday and Sunday.
