HOUSTON -- There’s a 20-percent chance for scattered showers on the Fourth of July holiday and temps will top off at 95 degrees, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.
Throughout the day the rain chance diminishes, but it is possible that a couple storms could follow us into the evening.
“ If you’re going to the beach it looks really nice,” Paul said. “There is only a 10-percent chance for a shower with temps in the low-90s.”
The chance for isolated rain continues the rest of this week. On Saturday, Sunday, and Monday it jumps to 40-percent as our daytime highs drop into the lower-90s.
