HOUSTON — Temperatures are on the rise as clouds and scattered rain move into southeast Texas, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
Thursday morning started with lows in the lower 50s. We'll warm up to the upper 60s this afternoon.
The roads were wet out the door this morning due to light rain overnight, and heavier rain is moving in from the west.
There’s a 40-percent chance for rain Thursday and it increases to 60-percent on Friday.
The clouds will carry over into this weekend, but the temperatures will go down a little for the start of our next workweek.
