HOUSTON -- The bulk of the heavy rain moved out in the overnight hours, but there’s still a chance for scattered showers throughout the day Monday, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
It will be mostly cloudy Monday with temperatures in the 50s and low-60s.
“We may see a few spots of sunshine around noon, but the rain chance increases back to 30-percent for your drive home this afternoon,” said Johnson.
Winds will be around 15 mph today.
The sunshine returns on Tuesday with early-morning temps in the upper-40s and afternoon highs in the upper-60s.
Wednesday a big chance for rain moves back in along with a slight drop in the daytime temps. The rain carries over into Thursday, too.
The sun returns Friday with temps around 80 degrees in the afternoon. There will only be a few clouds in the sky Saturday and Sunday.
