HOUSTON – Our morning commute was dry, but you may hit a few wet roadways on the way home from work Wednesday evening, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
There’s a 40-percent chance for rain with a forecast high of 93 degrees.
As of noon, scattered showers were popping up along the coast and moving north.
The muggy conditions and chance for much-needed rain sticks around through the weekend and heading into next week.
Daytime temperatures over the next several days will be in the mid-90s. Overnight temperatures will be in the mid-70s.
