HOUSTON -- The roads were wet early Wednesday morning, and they’ll be wet again for your drive home, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
“The latest futuretrack model has heavy rain moving through Houston in the early afternoon hours,” said Garner. “We’re forecasting this to dissipate in the late afternoon, but I’m thinking some scattered showers will hang on a little longer into the early evening.”
We’ll drop into the low-40s Wednesday night and then the upper-30s early Thursday.
Thursday will remain cloudy but dry with high temps only in the upper-50s.
On Friday and Saturday the sunshine returns as daytime temps increase back into the 70s.
On Sunday and Monday a chance for rain moves back in along with the clouds and another drop in the temperatures.
