HOUSTON – We could see some rain showers Wednesday morning in the Houston area, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist David Paul said.

“By morning, 7 a.m. at the bus stop we could see some rain showers—at the moment I think that the real heavy stuff could be to our west,” he said. “By noon we’ve got scattered showers, Tomball, Spring, The Woodlands, Kingwood, Houston—as we get into 3 p.m. it gets closer and Wednesday evening’s rush hour could be a mess.”

The lows on Wednesday will be in the upper 50s and highs will reach the upper 60s.

Overnight Wednesday and Thursday the rain will begin to clear out. The temperatures will then climb back into the mid-70s.
