HOUSTON — The weekend will start off sunny and gorgeous for the Houston area with highs in the low-70s, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez.
Saturday morning started off with lows in the upper-50s under clear skies. The temps will warm up to about 73 degrees in later in the afternoon making for a very pleasant day.
The clouds will slowly return on Sunday, but it will remain mostly sunny for the rest of the weekend with highs in the upper-60s and lows in the upper-40s.
After that, temps will begin to dip again. Overnight lows early next week will return to the 30s and 40s, and daytime temperatures will be in the mid-60s.
We could see some showers on Monday as well with a 40 percent chance for rain.
