HOUSTON – After the weekend started off with heavy rains and flooding, Sunday morning will start of rather pleasant for the first day of the fall season, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez said.
Overnight lows will start off in the mid-60s and some parts of the city could see temps in the low 60s.
Friday night’s cold front has brought a nice drop in temperatures as well as a shift in the winds which will now come from the north.
The shift has helped lower the level of humidity in the area.
Highs for Sunday will be in the mid-80s for most of the area making for a pleasant end to the weekend.
