HOUSTON –- Pleasant fall weather will continue on Monday with only a slight chance for scattered rain, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
In the early morning hours, there were a few showers moving in off the Gulf.
There’s a 20-percent chance for rain Monday with a forecast high of 85 degrees.
“The fall-like weather is going to continue for the next day or two, and then we’ll start to see the humidity move back in,” said Johnson.
Overnight lows this week will be in the low- to mid-70s.
On Tuesday, the rain chance decreases to 10 percent, and the daytime high increases 90 degrees.
The rest of this week looks mostly the same: a nice mix of sun and clouds with daytime highs in the low-90s. This coming weekend a chance for scattered rain returns.
