HOUSTON -- A dense fog advisory was in effect early Wednesday for parts of Southeast Texas.
KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson said the heaviest fog kept to the city’s southside.
The sun will break up the fog and leave us with just a few clouds this afternoon.
“Once the clouds break apart later today, we’re going to heat up quickly,” said Johnson. “It’s going to be another warm afternoon on Wednesday.”
We’ll top out around 85 degrees this afternoon.
Thursday and Friday will be sunnier with slightly warmer conditions.
Chita says this weekend will be downright warm as we approach our first 90-degree temps of the season.
Early next week a cool front will drop the temperatures a little and bring a slight chance for scattered rain.
