HOUSTON – Cooler temps stick around Thursday afternoon as more clouds move back into the Houston area.
“We do have a very slight chance for showers for the next 48 hours,” said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
We'll top out in the mid-70s Thursday and Friday afternoons with about a 10-percent chance for rain.
This weekend the skies clear up, but we get back into the 80s as the humidity continues to climb.
Early next week we’ll be approaching the 90-degree mark once again with overnight lows in the upper-60s.
There's no significant chance for downpours in the seven-day forecast.
