HOUSTON -- Early Thursday morning we were in the low-70s across town, but cold temperatures and scattered rain are moving in from the north, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
This afternoon temperatures will drop to the upper-40s with a 40-percent chance for rain.
Friday the rain chance jumps to 60 percent with temperatures in the low- to mid-40s.
The rain chance lasts through the weekend, and the cold temperatures stick around for at least the next seven days.
The skies should finally start to clear up by late Monday.
