HOUSTON -- There is no rain in the forecast, and we will see 100 degree temperatures by the end of the week, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
Temps will drop to the lower-80s Tuesday evening with no rain chance. There is no chance for rain in the seven-day forecast.
The temperatures continue to climb this week, and by this weekend our afternoon highs will be topping out around 100 degrees. The humidity will make it feel even hotter than that, however.
“Take it easy outside,” Garner said.
Looking at the Atlantic, there’s a system we’re watching that has a pretty good chance of developing into a tropical storm in the next 48 hours. It's too early to forecast the system's path, should it continue to develop.
