HOUSTON – There will be no relief from the heat and temps will kickoff at 78 degrees on Thursday morning, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.
Thursday temps will top off at 99 degrees.
The hot temperatures continue through the weekend, and we’re expected to hit 100 degrees on Saturday.
“A weak front will push in Saturday that will lower humidity,” Paul said. “It will make the mornings and evenings much more bearable around here.”
There’s a chance for rain at the start of next week, possibly bring us a little cool-down in the temps.
