HOUSTON – Wednesday will be a lot like Tuesday: hot and sunny with only a few clouds in the sky, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“The high pressure is not going anywhere, so it’s going to be another hot day today,” said Johnson. “Just like yesterday, we have a whole lot of sunshine in the forecast with slim to no chance for rain.”
We’ll top out around 97 degrees Wednesday afternoon.
Overnight lows this week will continue to be in the upper-70s.
Heading into next week we’ll have a few more clouds in the sky but still no significant chance for rain.
Looking to the Atlantic, what’s left of what was Tropical Storm Dorian has pretty much gone away. If it had held together it would have likely gone to the central Gulf, but it would have not come to Houston.
