HOUSTON -– Wednesday morning was mostly dry across the Houston area, but our afternoon and evening hours could bring some relief from the heat in the form of rain.
“We are starting out mostly dry this morning,” said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson. “It will be later this afternoon, just like yesterday afternoon, where we could start to see a few isolated showers or thunderstorms pop up.”
There’s a 30-percent chance for rain with a forecast high of 95 degrees today.
Looking at the seven-day forecast, the next several days look about the same: afternoon temperatures in the mid-90s with a chance for isolated showers.
Keep the umbrella nearby, and enjoy the cool-down if you get any of the rain!
