HOUSTON – There is a 30-percent of chance for scattered showers on Thursday that will remain until the early evening, so keep your umbrella handy.
Thursday's temperatures will top out around 95 degrees. Just like yesterday, there could be one or two large thunderstorms that move through southeast Texas later in the day.
Looking at the seven-day forecast, the next several days look about the same: afternoon temperatures in the mid-90s with a chance for isolated showers. Overnight lows will be in the upper-70s.
Enjoy the cool-down if you get any of the rain, and be careful on the slick roads.
