HOUSTON –- Monday will be misty and cloudy with a chance for scattered showers, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
Some areas of patchy fog were reported across town in the early morning hours.
This afternoon we’ll top out around 52 degrees with a 30-percent chance for rain.
“Our next cold front is right now starting to move through North Texas,” said Johnson. “It will be moving through Houston later this evening, so we will be back down in the 30s again in our early-morning hours Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.”
The rest of this week will be cold with daytime highs in the 40s and 50s under mostly cloudy skies.
There’s a chance for scattered rain throughout the week, with an increasing chance for rain Friday and Saturday.
