HOUSTON -- The Houston area will enjoy slightly lower humidity on Thursday, but it won’t last long, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
There’s a forecast high of 94 degrees today under clear skies.
“Temperatures are going to climb pretty quickly today, so it will still be a warm afternoon,” said Johnson. “Enjoy the lower humidity today, because it will return tomorrow and stay through the weekend.”
On Friday, there’s a 10-percent chance for rain as our daytime highs drop into the low-90s.
There’s an increasing chance for scattered rain Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
By Tuesday the clouds should clear out, but the daytime highs will remain in the low-90s.
