HOUSTON – Drier air will remain over the Houston area on Thursday, according to KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.
Thursday morning temps kick off in the upper-60s, and the forecast high will top out in the low-to-mid-90s under mostly clear skies.
"No rain on Thursday – dry and hot,” Paul said.
The rain chance goes away until the weekend when daytime temps drop to the low-90s with overnight lows in the upper-60s and low-70s.
There’s a 20-percent chance for rain Saturday and a 40-percent chance for rain Sunday.
Next week the rain fizzles off leaving us with a nice mix of sun and clouds to start the workweek.
