HOUSTON – We’ll stay dry Tuesday and Wednesday with humid temps in the mid- to upper-80s, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“Plan on cranking that A/C this afternoon,” said Johnson. “We’re going to continue to see our southeast winds pick up with gusts up to 25 mph later today.”
On Thursday there’s a 30-percent chance for rain, and on Friday there’s a 60-percent chance for rain.
Saturday the rain chance decreases to 40-percent before clearing out for Sunday.
The rain will bring a little relief from the heat and lower humidity for Mother’s Day.
Next week is looking mostly clear with daytime temps approaching 90 degrees once again.
