HOUSTON -– That fall-like weather we enjoyed over the last few days is on its way out of the Houston area as more humidity enters the forecast, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“It’s going to be a warm one today, not just because our humidity is higher, but our actual temperatures are on the rise as well,” said Johnson. “There’s about a 10 to 20 percent chance that you will see a shower today, but I’m not expecting much accumulation. There’s a better chance for rain to our east.”
We’ll top out around 93 degrees today.
The chance for rain goes away for a few days as daytime temperatures stay in the low- to mid-90s.
By this weekend we’ll have another chance for rain and a slight dip in the temperatures for the start of next week.
