HOUSTON -- It will be hot, breezy, and humid across southeast Texas on Tuesday, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“The winds were calm early this morning, but they’ll pick up later this afternoon with gusts between 15 and 20 miles per hour,” said Johnson.
We’ll top out around 97 degrees Tuesday afternoon under sunny skies.
Our seven-day forecast shows much of the same with a slight increase in temperatures heading into the weekend. Unfortunately, there’s no significant chance for rain in the Houston area.
Looking to the Atlantic, what’s left of Dorian has a slight chance of reforming back into a tropical storm. If it does, it will retain the name Dorian. Its forecast path has it moving toward Cuba or Florida over the next several days.
