HOUSTON – The weather in the Houston area on Thursday will be hot and muggy which is a trend that will last the rest of the week, said KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.
Thursday morning temps begin at 75 degrees and are expected to top out at 96 degrees. There is no chance for rain.
“It’s going to get hotter as we go into the weekend,” Paul said.
Thursday through the weekend will be a little warmer with clearer skies, but a chance for rain and a few clouds return on Sunday through Tuesday.
Next week the daytime temperatures stay in the mid- to upper-90s.
