HOUSTON — The weather in the Houston area will be hot all weekend long, but there’s a slight chance for isolated showers on Saturday, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez.
An upper-level high pressure system has kept southeast Texas dry for the last several days.
There’s a 10-percent chance for rain Saturday with highs in the upper-90s. On Sunday, however, we have a slight increase in the chance for rain.
By Monday we will be hot and sunny again with no chance for rain. Next week looks even hotter with temperatures near 100 degrees.
