HOUSTON – The weather in the Houston area on Thursday evening will be hot and muggy which is a trend that will last the rest of the week.
Our afternoon temperatures will go from the mid-90s to the mid-70s by this evening.
“With all this heat around there’s also a lot of air pollution,” said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
Labor Day weekend will be hot, and a few more clouds enter the forecast at the start of next week, bringing back a slight chance for rain. Next week's temps stay warm and muggy, however.
