HOUSTON -- It’ll be muggy and hot again on Wednesday as a chance for rain and storms continues in the afternoon, according to KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.
Temps kick off Wednesday in the mid-70s and there is a forecast high of 93 degrees with a 30-percent rain chance in the afternoon.
“The isolated showers will be present between 3 and 7 p.m.,” said Paul. “Then it will fizzle out.”
Enjoy the rain if you get it because the temps will start climbing soon.
By the weekend the rain chance dwindles down to just 10-percent, leaving us with sunny skies and hot temperatures.
Our daytime temps will climb into the mid- and upper-90s by next week with overnight lows in the upper-70s.
