HOUSTON – After a rainy start to the weekend, expect to see cool, breezy conditions Saturday afternoon as we head into a cold evening, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez said.
Overnight, parts of the Houston area received up to ¾ of an inch of rainfall as a cold front put the squeeze on a disturbance along the coast.
After the rain clears out, temps will top off at 72 degrees in the afternoon with gusty, breezy conditions.
Overnight, temps will drop down into the low- to mid-40s for the coldest night of the fall so far.
Sunday is looking clear and dry again with a high of 76.
Next week, our daytime temperatures will range from the mid-to upper-70s under mostly sunny skies.
