HOUSTON -- Tropical downpours were present in Houston on Tuesday, and they’ll be another chance on Tuesday evening as our rain chances continue, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
There’s a 60-percent chance for showers with a forecast high of 90 degrees. The chance for storms continues until 10 p.m. on Tuesday evening.
“We have a break overnight,” Garner said.
On Wednesday, there’s a 50-percent chance for rain with temperatures in the low-90s.
The partly cloudy skies and chance for showers continue the rest of this week, although it lets up a little by the weekend as our afternoon temperatures climb back into the mid-90s.
