HOUSTON – It'll be mostly sunny and warm on Tuesday afternoon across the Houston area, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
Our overnight temperatures will only bottom out in the low-70s for the next several days with daytime highs near 90 degrees.
"We saw an increase in the clouds this morning, but they'll decrease this afternoon," said Johnson. "So we'll have a lot of sunshine later today with temperatures in the mid- to upper-80s. That additional humidity in the air will make it feel like the low-90s, however."
The temps climb a couple of degrees by the weekend as a few more clouds enter the forecast.
Memorial Day brings us a 20-percent chance for rain but don't expect a wash-out.
