HOUSTON – The humidity will continue to increase with temperatures being slightly warmer on Friday morning, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.

Friday morning temps will kick off at 64 degrees and peak in the mid-80s in the afternoon.

With more moisture in the air, the possibility for rain will increase heading into the weekend with a 10 percent chance of rain on Friday.

“There may be a shower tomorrow in the coastal area,” Garner said.

Isolated showers are expected on Saturday and Sunday with the best chance for rain coming Saturday morning as showers move in from the Gulf.

Fall temps are expected to return on next Wednesday as a cold front moves through the area.
