HOUSTON – The humid weather pattern is expected to stick around for the next several days, according to KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.

Tuesday will begin with lows in the low 60s and highs will reach the mid-70s, he said.

The National Weather Service has issued a Dense Fog Advisory until 9 a.m. for Austin, Brazoria, Chambers, Colorado, Fort Bend, Galveston, Harris, Jackson, Liberty, Matagorda, Waller, and Wharton Counties. Light winds and low level moisture have reduced visibility – especially in the coastal counties.

Cold air and an area of low pressure are going to remain well to our north, which means our temperatures will remain mild.

"Sea fog continues across the coastal areas through at least Thursday," said Paul.

There's a very slight chance for rain for much of this week. The clouds stick around with temps in the upper-70s through the start of the weekend.

A real chance for rain returns early next week.
