HOUSTON – The Houston area will experience some of the coldest air we’ve seen in several years on Friday morning, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
A cool front moved through early Thursday, bringing clear skies and breezy conditions. The lack of cloud coverage allowed it to get very cold in the overnight hours.
Friday morning temps start in the upper-20s and there is a forecast high of 54 degrees.
The clear skies continue Friday and Saturday before a slight rain chance returns on Sunday.
Next week is looking nice and cool with another arctic blast expected to arrive Monday into Tuesday.
