HOUSTON -- The temperatures will rise a couple more degrees Tuesday as a heat advisory continues for several Houston area counties, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
“That south wind is going to stay breezy throughout the day today,” said Johnson. “It will be in your lower-90s by lunchtime, but later this afternoon it will feel like we’re between 105 and 110 degrees.”
Temps are expected to top off at 100 degrees on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
By Friday a chance for rain returns and the afternoon temperatures start to drop back into the mid-90s for your weekend.
