HOUSTON -- The heat index will not be much of a concern on Tuesday afternoon as we top out in the low-90s.

There are just a few clouds in the sky.

The rest of this week our daytime temps will remain in the low- to mid-90s, and a slight chance for rain is introduced on Friday.

Our next real chance for rain, however, comes this weekend. On Saturday and Sunday there's a 40-percent chance as the daytime temps drop a couple more degrees.

The chance for scattered showers continues for the start of our work week.
