HOUSTON – Most of the Houston area will warm up into the upper-60s following a chilly start to the day Thursday, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
Most of Houston bottomed out around 50 degrees early Thursday. This afternoon we’ll top out around 69 degrees.
“Expect a windy and cool day today with a bit of a wind chill factor,” said Johnson. “It will be mostly sunny today, Friday, and Saturday.”
Friday morning we’ll be in the mid-40s.
The cool overnight temperatures continue for the next several days, and our daytime temps won’t get back into the upper-70s until Sunday when the clouds return.
