HOUSTON – We're set have another beautiful afternoon with pleasant temperatures on Wednesday, said KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.

Early morning temps were in the 50s, but it will be even colder on Thursday.

“While it was cool this morning, it’s going to be colder tomorrow morning, probably by about 10 degrees,” said Johnson. “The clouds that moved in yesterday afternoon have kept our temperatures a little more mild for the start of your Wednesday.”

This afternoon we’ll top out around 67 degrees under cloudy skies.

Temperatures in southeast Texas will remain on the cool side until early next week when we’ll be back near the 80s with a chance for rain.
