HOUSTON – Spring Break got off to a rainy start this weekend, but the skies should remain clear the rest of the week, KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Mario Gomez said.
The moisture in the air is already beginning to drop off on Sunday with the humidity at 43 percent. However, with the wind gusts of 30 mph, this may lead to fire hazards later this week.
Overnight temperatures will drop down into the low-40s, so you may need a jacket for Monday morning. Highs will be in the 60s for Monday, but temperatures will begin to slowly warm up to the 70s as the week progresses making for a pleasant Spring Break.
