HOUSTON – Pleasant weather will continue through Wednesday evening before humidity makes a return to the Houston area for the weekend.
Wednesday evening temps are expected to be in the upper-60s and the lower-60s over night under clear skies.
Thursday and Friday will be even warmer as humidity makes a comeback, increasing rain chances for next week.
“Warming weather over the next 48 hours and then we look to the north because with a muggy late week, a cold front will start pushing toward us and that will produce isolated thunderstorms for Saturday, Sunday Monday and even into Tuesday,” KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner said.
This weekend a chance for scattered rain returns as temps top out near 90 degrees.
