HOUSTON -- Monday will be cool and cloudy, and even colder temps are on the way later this week, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
We were in the 30s and 40s across town out the door early Monday. This afternoon we’ll top out in the mid-50s.
“It’s cold outside, and on top of that there’s a north wind,” said Johnson. “We are going to remain breezy today with gusts up to 25 mph. This dropped our feels-like temps into the 20s and 30s early this morning.”
Tuesday a chance for rain returns as another cold front moves through.
We’ll have mostly clear skies Wednesday before clouds return later this week.
By Thursday our overnight lows will be in the low-30s and our daytime temps will be in the 40s.
This weekend the temps will increase back into the 60s.
