Houston Forecast: Cold morning, no freeze

HOUSTON – After 2013 got off to a soggy start Tuesday, expect less rain and colder temperatures Wednesday morning.

KHOU 11 News Meteorologist David Paul said that the coast will see much less rain after receiving 4 inches of rainfall so far this week. There is a 20 percent of rain for the coastal areas.

Temperatures are expected to be in the low-40s Tuesday morning with little increase as the day progresses. A high of 50 is forecasted for Tuesday afternoon.
