HOUSTON -- It’ll remain cold Friday morning in the Houston area as temps begin to warm back up this weekend, according to KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.
"You'll need a jacket or a sweater in the morning," said Paul. "You can lose it in the afternoon."
Thursday morning temps begin in the mid-40s and top off at 71 degrees in the afternoon.
“Don’t be surprised if one or two showers drift by,” said Paul. “Rain chances are 10 percent and less.”
Saturday and Sunday more clouds move in along with a chance for rain as daytime temps approach the upper-70s. Sunday is our best chance for rain -- 50 percent.
On Monday the temperatures drop once again as a slight chance for rain continues into Tuesday.
Next week is looking cool – with daytime temps in the mid-50s and overnight lows in the 30s once again by Wednesday.
