HOUSTON – We started off on the chilly side early Wednesday, but it will be nice and warm this afternoon under sunny skies, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Chita Johnson.
Our temps were in the 40s and 50s early this morning, and we’ll top out around 73 degrees Wednesday afternoon.
Thursday and Friday will also be sunny but with warmer daytime temps.
“If you’re participating in the MS-150, Saturday really looks to be in your favor,” said Johnson. “You’re going to have a southeast wind, and humidity will start to climb. It will be on the warm side, but at least it won’t be wet.”
Sunday and Monday the humidity increases along with a chance for rain – especially on Monday.
Next week the daytime temps drop back into the mid-70s.
