HOUSTON -- The clouds have finally moved out of Southeast Texas, leaving us with clear skies and cool temps across the Houston area, according to KHOU 11 News Chief Meteorologist David Paul.

Thursday morning temps will be in the mid-30s and warming up to the mid-60s.

On Friday, daytime temps return to the 70s return for the foreseeable future along with plenty of sunny skies.

“It will be perfect snuggling weather for you and your sweetheart if you’re going out to dinner,” said Paul.

Overnight lows through the weekend will be around 50 degrees.
