HOUSTON -- The Houston area will experience "beautiful weather" this weekend as an arctic front moves into the Houston area in the next 48 hours, according to KHOU 11 News Meteorologist Brooks Garner.
Friday night into Saturday morning won't be quite as cold as Friday morning was, but we'll still dip down into the 30s and 40s across town. There is a forecast high of 64 degrees.
"It will be a very nice day," Garner said.
The clear skies carry over into Saturday before a slight rain chance returns on Sunday and Monday. The arctic chill arrives on Monday morning.
Temperatures this weekend will be in the 50s and 60s with early morning temperatures in the 40s.
Next week is looking nice and cool with another arctic blast expected to arrive Monday into Tuesday. Early Tuesday morning our temperatures could once again be in the 20s.
